Our interview process typically begins with a conversation between you and a member of the Talent Acquisition team. We’ll tell you about WeWork and our impact on the world so you can learn more about the role and how you can help us achieve our mission.
When you come in to visit us, your interview will either take place in one of our common spaces or a more private conference room. We also understand that sometimes it can be difficult to get everything together in person and in those cases we will schedule a Zoom video call. No two WeWork locations are the same, and many of our employees work from multiple buildings. If you have the time, we’d love to give you a tour of our building. You’ll meet with one or more members of our team and we’ll do our absolute best to keep the day running on schedule. If you have any questions during your visit, you should feel free to ask your recruiter or one of the interviewers.
As the recruiting process continues—which could last two or three rounds of conversations—you’ll meet more people from the team until we reach a decision about your candidacy.
